Construction began: 08/31/95. A major renovation was installed on 06/06/96. From 08/31/95 to 06/06/96 this document grew from a small manageable page to one almost too big to handle. With the major renovation of 06/06/96, this document went from almost 30 pages (when printed) to the current number, about 4 pages. Most major segments were removed and made separate pages. Tables were made an integral part of the pages where appropriate. Graphics, while nice, do not add as much as I would like, so at this point, the use of graphics in this page is very limited.
